Revel is an all-day bar, provisions shop, and catering company in Falmouth, Maine known for elevated grazing boards, curated wines and cocktails, and warm, approachable hospitality.
With roots in catering, Revel brings its signature presentation and thoughtful flavors to a cozy and modern brick-and-mortar space. Offering dine-in, take-out, grab-and-go, and catering, Revel is your go-to spot for any occasion.

We met fifteen years ago while working at the same restaurant and have been friends ever since. Most of our adult lives have been spent in hospitality, working everywhere from busy dining rooms and bars to weddings and private parties. Revel grew naturally out of that experience, as well as the way we’ve always liked to gather: around good food, good drinks, and a table full of people we love.
What started as a small catering operation turned into something bigger as our community grew with us. After four years of building Revel through events and pick-up orders, opening a space of our own felt like the next step—a place where everything we love about hospitality could live under one roof. Revel is meant to feel easy and welcoming. We focus on food that’s thoughtful but unfussy, drinks that are creative and high quality, and a space where people want to stay awhile. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Revel is an all day bar and provisions shop offering dine in, take out, and grab and go.
We also cater - you can pre-order items to pick up at our Falmouth location, or book us to set up a grazing table or provide bar service on site.

Visit the order page. You can select which boards you would like, customize them, and add them to the shopping cart. Once you're ready to check out you can schedule your pick up day and time in the shopping cart, then pay. That's it!

On the pre-order page, each item description includes a suggested serving size. All serving sizes are as appetizers, so if you are getting your board for a meal we suggest sizing up.

All ingredients are based on availability and fluctuate with the season. If you have specific items that you’d like or don't like, let us know in the 'special instructions’ box and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes! All crackers are packaged on the side. Before adding a board to your cart you can select if you’d like the crackers in a clear bag or on a wooden tray

Yes! The boards are intended to be kept. Some people toss them and some people reuse them.

Yes, we love events! Our grazing tables make show stopping centerpieces for bridal or baby showers, engagement parties, weddings, cocktail parties, and holidays. We can come to your location, style a grazing table on site, then depart before your guests arrive. We also offer the option for us to come back and clean up. Fill out our event inquiry form on our Events page to let us know all the details of your event and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Yes! Revel is fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar service. Reach out for more info.

It depends on the volume of orders we have that day and what time you need delivery. We can’t always fit it in but if you live within ten minutes of Portland we will try if you ask! Large orders may be eligible for delivery outside of the ten minute radius. A delivery fee may apply.

Yes! You can select some common allergies and dietary restrictions when ordering a board. Anything else should be noted in the special instructions box. We will reach out to you if we cannot accommodate.

We recommend ordering your board for the same day you plan to serve it so that it is as fresh as possible. If you need to pick up in advance we suggest one night maximum!

In the fridge until about thirty minutes before you plan to serve it. Cheese has the most flavor when served at room temperature.

We typically open our calendar for pick up orders 60 days in advance and recommend placing your order as early as you can. Orders can be placed up to 48 hours ahead. If you have an event or large order, we'd prefer to get you on the calendar as soon as possible; just email us and we'll reserve the spot. Events book out far in advance, so we may not always be available if you wait.

We offer a wide variety of boards and platters, but not all of them work well as a pick up and instead are better suited for events. Many of the boards on instagram are custom items, or might just be inspo for social media. Email us and we’ll build a custom quote to fit your vision!
